First secretary, ministry of external affairs at UNGA. Neha is a 2012 batch IFS officer. She is a very talented girl who has passed the Civil Service exam for the first attempt only in 2011. Since childhood, she was very much interested in police forces, and she dreamt of joining the Indian Foreign Service.
